I was once in your shoes—an aspiring international student, full of dreams but struggling to find the right guidance, information, and support to navigate the complex process of studying abroad. The lack of clear options and reliable advice made the journey more difficult than it needed to be. That experience stayed with me and ultimately inspired me to establish OptiMA Study Abroad Solutions.

At OptiMA, we exist to make your journey smoother. Our mission is to provide aspiring students with the clarity, confidence, and customized support they need to access world-class education opportunities across the globe. From choosing the right subject and university to securing admission and managing visa formalities—we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

With over two decades of experience in public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, and international project financing, I bring a strategic perspective to everything we do. I’ve had the privilege of working with global institutions like the World Bank, ADB, IsDB, and AIIB—experiences that have reinforced the value of structured planning, integrity, and long-term impact, which are core to how OptiMA operates. In 2022, I was honored with a prestigious fellowship in recognition of my professional contributions. Academically, I hold a Master’s Certificate in Sustainable Development and Financing from the Schulich School of Business and a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Canberra, Australia. These experiences have deepened my under- standing of global education systems and strengthened my commitment to helping others benefit from them.

As the Head of Operations at OptiMA Study Abroad Solutions, I bring over four years of hands-on experience in the international education sector—years that have been driven by one consistent goal: to empower students with clarity, confidence, and actionable guidance as they pursue their global academic dreams.

My journey began as a student counselor, where I had the privilege of working directly with aspiring learners—understanding their ambitions, helping them navigate complex admission and visa processes, and witnessing the transformative impact of global edu- cation on their lives. That front-line experience remains central to how I lead operations today.

At OptiMA, I oversee the day-to-day execution of our mission, ensuring every student interaction is timely, accurate, and personalized. From aligning our internal teams to streamlining processes and partnerships, my focus is on building a system that truly works—for students, institutions, and our dedicated team.

What sets us apart is not just our expertise, but our empathy. Having personally supported hundreds of students through their study abroad journeys, I understand the concerns, excitement, and uncertainty they carry. It’s why I champion a service model that blends operational efficiency with human connection—making sure no student feels like a number, and every decision is backed by real insight.

With multiple years of experience in the international education sector, I serve as an Admissions Officer at OptiMA Study Abroad Solutions—supporting students throughout the application and visa process with accuracy, care, and attention to detail.

My role focuses on helping students prepare strong university applications and navigate
the often-complex visa requirements for their chosen study destinations. I ensure they stay informed and confident at each step, combining up-to-date knowledge of institutional and immigration guidelines with a student-first approach.

Regardless of the situation, my role is to provide clear guidance, reliable support, and practical solutions throughout the entire process. Success is built on collaboration and trust, and I work closely with each student to ensure they feel informed and confident in every decision.
